As of April of 2020 BerchakDesign does not have any post where a visitor could leave any kind of comment. So there will be nothing for us to collect in this manner.
BerchakDesign has no process for a visitor to upload any kind of media to our sites.
BerchakDesign request your first & last name, your company name and an valid email address as a means of responding to your message. Your name is collected only as a way to properly address you. The name of the project and the details of the message are collected to speed up the process of providing you prompt and accurate info. These messages are kept while the project is active and then archived unless you are an current client with additional projects.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Your email and contact information is retained as long as you are an active client. Images and process from a project can and will be used in our portfolio as a means of demonstrating our skill and service sets with the goal of securing new clients and projects.
Once a project is deemed completed that material is archived on an external system that is not accessible with out our intervention.
As of April 2020 BerchakDesign does not have website based accounts. Project data is protected via the project agreement secured by both parties.

Your contact information is collected as part of the projects you hire BerchakDesign to perform. Contact about existing or new projects are the only reason this information is use.

Once your project is completed all materials related to that project that are not needed for future work is archived on an external system.
